Opportunities To Serve
Prayer Warrior
Intercessory prayer is not the same as prayers for yourself, and is not just praying for someone else's needs. It is praying with the real hope and real intent that God would step in and act for the good of some other person or group. It is trusting that God will act, even if it's not in the manner or timing we seek. Prayer Warriors spend a minimum of 1 hour per week in the prayer chapel, and send prayer grams to some of the many they pray for. Usher's
Ushers seat church members, and visitors, and also collect the tithes and offerings. Ushers have frequent contact with Church members and their families and get to know them well. To be part this distinguished ministry, contact Randy Guthrie.

Greeters
Greeters are the welcoming arms of Calvary. Greeters reach out to people who need to experience the warmth of belonging to a church family, or just need to feel wanted. We are a welcoming church, and to prove that, we have people at the doors shaking hands and welcoming others into the building before each service. Contact Sue Willard for more information.

Choir
Occasionally the Calvary Choir leads the worship services. Choir members use their gifts to help enhance and augment the worship by singing harmony and countermelodies along with the congregation. The Choir is directed by Pam Cooney.

AV Team
This talented group of hardworking individuals has a passion for communicating the love of Christ through today's cutting edge technology. The A.V. Team works closely with the worship leaders, pastor, musicians, and others to create powerful, dynamic and meaningful worship experiences for today's church. click here for more information
Nursery
We consider every baby a blessing and promise from the Lord. It is our desire to serve the needs of you and your child as we would serve Christ. We attempt to provide a comfortable environment so that each child may feel happy and loved. The seeds of later trust in God are rooted in an early positive experience at church.
